You should visit the doctor for removing IUD and taking advice regarding planning the baby. In case of hormone-containing IUD, pregnancy can be a bit delayed as it will take time to normalize ovulation cycle. In case your menstrual cycle gets disturbed for more than three months, you should consult your gynecologist to take necessary guidance. You should have sex once in an alternative day or regularly. It is better if you have sex after completion of menstrual period to increase the chances for getting pregnant.
