It can be in kids due to many reasons.

Unhealthy Diet
Unhygienic food items
Bad sweating
Missed vaccination
Unclean and unhygienic surroundings
Skin Irritation
It can be Allergic also

If it becomes regular problem then once it is healed by doctor, you can use neem leaves.

Add 50 to 100 leaves of Neem in water boil it and give your daughter bath with that every day...

Ask your doctor for spacial soap and shampoo, as it can be due to allergy of soap.

Kids use to be very sensitive, and it can be allergy of any food or even medicines also, so talk to your doctor and if required go for blood test, it will clear the picture why it is happening to your lil doll.
