Swimming: It is the best exercise. It improves blood circulation, increase stamina and strengthens your muscles. Swimming is ideal for three to four times in week for around half an hour. You can do swimming at your ease without any more stress. Swimming is also safe and the best exercise for heart and lungs.
Yoga and Meditation: There are many advantages of yoga and meditation. You need to perform under guidance of your doctor. It helps relax your body and mind.
