Homemade baby food is as important as baby, because it’s responsible for the health of the baby. Healthy food makes the baby healthy but it’s important to know that baby appetite is different from the adults so the food healthy for adults can be harmful for babies sometimes. Mother’s milk is the major baby food till their 6 months as recommended by the doctors. After 6 months baby can feed on other things as well along with the mother’s milk. The food for the baby should not be too oily or rough as it might be difficult for the digestion. Food given to baby can be in two forms one is liquid and the second one in solid. Liquid food can be the milk, juices which should not be too acidic or sour as it can cause problem and water which should be boiled properly to kill bacteria.
Solid food can be the whole grains or any other which should contain important vitamins and minerals needed for growth of the baby. The food of babies has to be very nutritious and the one they can easily digest. Too oily and spicy food is not meant for babies.
