The primitive problem for every woman occurs in every month menstruation, which is ironically important for them as well. If we explained it elaborately, menstruation is the shedding of wall of uterine which comes out in the form of blood. Menstruation marks the beginning of puberty in a female. Normal menstruation last for 5-6 days in a month. It almost takes 28 days to complete the menstruation cycle and then after that uterine wall shed off. The volume of menstrual fluid is almost 35 milliliters or 3-4 tablespoon of menstrual fluid. Sometimes the uterine wall appears as small tissues in a menstrual fluid. Menstrual consists of some amount of blood, vaginal secretions, cervical mucus and endometrial tissue. The first menstruation in female that starts during puberty is called menarche and the last menstruation in a female is called menopause which marks at the age of 45 and above.

Menstruation is insignificant in most of the women as it causes the loss of iron in the body leading to serious illness. Other physical changes also take place in a female during the menstrual flow such as water retention, fatigue, breast tenderness, nausea etc. Some women also go through painful stomach cramps.
