It is normal to feel week after delivery.

As your body bear lot of weight for a long time, the muscles and tissues will become overstretched and weak.

If you have gone through normal delivery then:

Avoid much physical exercise till 2 weeks.

Avoid standing for long hours.

Try to take maximum rest.

Eat healthy food.

You should eat food that are rich in minerals and vitamins that you need to recover after delivery.

Add lots of green vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Nuts and dry-fruits are also good.
Seeds like sesame seeds are very good for health
You can also eat different types of dals and beans.
Dairy products like milk and yogurt are also good for health.
