If the pregnancy was normal with no complications then mother can start normal routine diet after doctor permits you to eat as per your actual health condition.

Add fluids, vegetables, sprouts, cereals, pulses legumes in your diet, these food includes all required nutritional food for healthy growth of baby and healing your body from delivery stress.
