Now that your baby has tried various foods, you will find that she has started making her own preferences.  So do not be surprised if she refuses to eat certain foods and ignores the others. That is okay. She is just trying to form taste. As far as possible, let her eat independently. She will be ready to eat on her own in the later months if she is allowed some free rein now. So whether it is bread or bananas or mashed apple, let her dabble at her own food. Even at the cost of making a mess. She is not ready to have juice in large quantities yet, as this can keep your baby feeling full in the stomach.  Remember that she should have less than 1 cup of juice till her first birthday.
