Establishing a comfortable and calm bedtime routine as well as cutting off child protests to sleep can assist in developing good sleeping habits for any child. At this stage when your child is a toddler, she has to get used to nodding off on her own, sleeping on her bed throughout the entire night. But there will be a lot of effort needed to make the child adapt to a habit of going to sleep on her own without resisting or being forced. You can try to set bedtime routine for your baby.

After having milk, brush, then direct bed, a sweet bed time story, and song and a good night kiss.

Do not encourage much playing just before milk time, it will change the interest of your child from sleep to fun and playing.
