“I will eat but you have to guess first what food is on my head…” This might be the idea of some toddlers, when you call them for a meal. Moms are usually bothered with toddlers who are picky eaters. At this growing stage of a child, it is a hard task for them to feed pick-eating ones. They exhibit the picky-on-food or mice-like eating habits that requires patience and understanding. Most moms are getting too much trouble in choosing their child’s food. It might be healthy but the toddler won’t even mind it or even just tasting it for once.

Refusing food is quite common in kids, due to their attraction to some fast food and junk food.

And depending on age, if baby is having the mood to play games, watch TV, or is interested in doing any activity by that time then will act according to mood and will refuse to eat.

If your baby is refusing food due to any of reason all you can do is, create his interest in the food, try to identify his taste, and offer different recipes with that test.

Like if your baby refuses to drink milk, you can add some chocolate flavor to it, and add nicely chopped dry-fruits, it will look beautiful and you can easily divert his concentration on milk.

If you are worried about the regular meal, then also you can try the same.

Like if he likes Pizza, then prepare the base of wheat or multigrains, add stuffing of veges and fresh fruits, prepare it as per the test of your baby, and sprinkle cheese on it.

It serves your health intentions and your baby's test intentions both.

I have a 3 year old son, who is very fussy in eating whatever is provided to him in lunch, snack or dinner. He will refuse to have his milk when given. Some or the other way he is required to be taken out of the house or shown any program in TV to feed him.
