Hey Shivani,

Kadhi and rice is healthy dish for 1 year and above child, but up to at-least 6 months nothing more then mother's milk should be given to baby.

Breast milk is the only most healthy food for baby up to 6 months, breast milk will build up immunity to fight many dangerous life threatening diseases.

If she is eating paper, and any thing that comes her way, then you keep an eye on teeth. when baby starts to have teeth they will keep every thing in their mouth, which is very risky for health...
it may cause stomach infection.
as far as diet is concern 2.8 months old girl should be on only mother's milk.
