Have you ever thought of putting some time aside for your daily fitness regimen? It is very important that you start working out to shed all your baby weight, but how are you going to do it? Walk to your office : if your office is located nearby, start taking a brisk walk to the place instead of driving. If not possible, you can always walk for a few minutes before hiring a cab or park your car away from office to walk the remaining distance.

Utilize remaining lunch time : instead of straight away binging on the food and having gossip sessions later on, try climbing the stairs up and down for a few times and relax for 5 minutes before grabbing your lunch.
