Newly born to 3 months old babies require 10 to 11 hours sleep at night, 4 to 5 hours sleep during the day with 4 to 5 hours naps.

Babies who are 4 to 5 months old require 10 to 12 hours sleep at night, 2 to 4 hours during the day and 3 to 4 hours nap in a day.

Babies who are 6 to 8 months old require 11 to 12 hours sleep at night, 2 to 3 hours sleep during the day with 2 o 3 hours nap in a day.

Babies who are 9 to 17months require 11-12 hours sleep at night, 2 to 3 hours sleep during the day and 1 to 2 hours nap in a day.
