Nice soft and stretchy fabrics. This is a very light material swaddle, the velcro is strong and the cotton is not cheap.  This recreates the feeling of being in the womb, which baby is familiar with and so it soothes him to sleep. Baby sleeps so much better swaddled. Quite stretchy so can sometimes become a bit loose if the baby is strong and pushes his arms through the top if not correctly swaddled. 
 

After the several uses of the swaddle, the velcro quality disappoints. Check size properly before buying, as it is available in different sizes.
