There are some cases when during pregnancy you can have a congested or a running nose and that too without any symptom of cold. This phenomenon is termed as rhinitis in pregnancy and this is found to affect one out of every five expecting woman. During this problem your nose would often feel itchy as well as there would be an increased tendency of sneezing.
If you do smoking and are sensitive to dust then you might end up having an allergic rhinitis. No matter what the cause behind this, but if you are having a stuffy nose then it can be really displeasing for you. You will also face the problem of insomnia for the same purpose. You would suffer from breathing problems in between your sleep. However, this process doesn’t last long and gradually disappears with time after the end of the pregnancy period.
