Washing your hands at regular interval is essential so that your hands are clean and one stays away from germs. Hands are one of the body parts which mostly come in contact with germs or also called as microbes. If you eat with these dirty hands there are greater chances that you will fall sick or get ill. There are lots of diseases which are caused through dirty hands so it is very much necessary that you wash your hands nicely. At least devote around 15 to 20 seconds in washing your hands so that all the dust and dirt particles are completely removed from it.
Germs not only cause infection but at the same time pass the disease from one family member to another thus it is necessary that you use a hand wash to remove the germs. If you want you and your family to be healthy you should develop a habit of washing your hand. This is really nice and good to inculcate this habit so that everyone is fit and fine. Some of the common problems which are caused through germs are cold, diarrhea, flu etc and nobody wishes to suffer from it every time. Hands full of germs can pass the same to your mouth, eyes, nose, body etc thus becoming a source of a number of diseases which can bring down your health.
