Prevention of autism
Autism is a complex nervous disorder, which is estimated to effect 1 out of every 88 children. The reasons behind this disorder are not completely known, but most of the scientists believe that genetics reasons cause this problem. In some cases, it may also be developed due to exposure to certain chemicals. Some things should be kept in mind to reduce the risk of autism in your baby.
The expecting mothers should not be given any kind of shots, unless it is absolutely necessary. Flu shots have found to contain mercury, which can pass to the foetus and cause brain damage. Breast milk is found to extremely beneficial to babies, so continue breast feeding your child for as long as possible. Ensure that you and your baby both consume healthy, organic and chemical-free foods. Consume lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to upkeep the nutrient level. It has been found the casein increases chances of developing autism, so minimise the level of this protein from all dairy product your baby consumes. Gluten is another component with causes same symptoms, and is found in several grains such as barley and wheat. Unless absolutely essential, do not give antibiotics to your baby. Follow up with a probiotic course if it is necessary to give your baby antibiotics.
