Usually every woman suffers from weight gain after delivery which surely makes them to lose their confidence but this is not the major problem that cannot be solved. Definitely some kind of exercise or yoga would help in losing weight but diet plays an important role in the weight loss. One must have control over their diet if they really want to shed off some fat from the body. Being on diet doesn’t mean you cannot have anything which contains fat it’s just that you should have everything in limit. Try some food that give you nutrition and energy, eat more of vegetables and chicken in less oil. Eat fibrous fruits such as apple, orange, papaya etc.
Drink lots of water which would decrease your hunger. Don’t go for snacks with others even when you are not hungry. Try to regulate your food intake for the whole day. Don’t ignore fatty food too much you can them but in very small proportionate. Start your day with healthy and fresh food and end it with something very light that you easily digest. This whole routine would be difficult in the beginning but you will get used to it.
