How to boost fertility

In order to improve fertility and conceive you must have regular sex at proper time of the month. The right time to have sex is around day 14 of your menstrual phase. Try to get proper weight, if you carry more weight around the stomach it affects the hormone balance and damage fertility reducing your chances of getting pregnant. Swimming improves your chances of becoming pregnant. Avoid smoking and the intake of alcohol as they lower the levels of fertility. Avoid medications which can reduce the levels of fertility. Therefore, always consult with your doctors before taking any medicine when you are planning to conceive. Folic acid supplements are recommended three months before you try to conceive. Low fatty foods and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables must be added into your diet. Stress interferes in ovulation so avoid stress by relaxation and recreation.

Men should avoid hot baths, tight-fitted underwear/ jeans and should not put a laptop on the lap as these may raise the temperature of their testes and kill the sperm. Vitamin E, C and Zinc supplements are recommended to enhance the quality and quantity of sperms. Even men should avoid smoking if you are planning to have a baby.
