It is very easy for parents to become worried when their children start vomiting because as adults vomiting is commonly observed during the state of one illness or the other. This is even more so if the parents are not experienced and are just starting out with parenthood. It is not a strange occurrence for babies to vomit in their early weeks as at this period of life they usually try to make their bodies adjust to feeding. There is a difference between your baby bringing up bits of milk that have been swallowed and vomiting in which case sumptuous amounts of food is expelled. Vomiting can even be frightful for your baby and may cry so you would not want to heighten this by becoming worried too.
