Hello,

Vitamin A is important for your baby's embryonic heart, lungs, kidneys, eyes, and bones growth.

If pregnancy is in 20s then daily requirement of vitamin A will be 800 mg approx.

If the pregnancy is in under 20s then daily requirement of vitamin A will be 750 mg approx.

Vitamin A is available in meat, dairy products, fish, eggs, fortified cereals, fruits and vegetables in the form of preformed vitamin A.

During pregnancy having too much of the preformed vitamin A can cause birth defects in developing baby and liver toxicity.
