Normally, every woman gain extra weight during pregnancy period that even after birth of child they carry some extra weight. Generally a woman’s weight increases from 25 to 35 pounds during pregnancy period. When she gives birth to her baby, she may only losses approximately 12 to 15 pounds of weight. In such case, she still needs to reduce extra weight of 10 to 15 pounds after delivery.

I m 30 years old i had normal delivery 3 years back I did n;t take any exercize due to work load but now my body shape is still D-shaped main problem is about my belly which is lose nd i m looking still pregnant of 3 months. My hips are also getting bigger. plz suggest me exercises and diet chart

i am 30 yrs old. i had normal delivery 12 months back. but still i have tummy it looks like as if i am pregnant. from past 1 month i started doing yoga, this will be helpful for me to reduce my tummy and my weight is 58 kg. please suggest me what to eat...

Question Post pregnancy weight...
Hi m 29 year old I had a normal delivery 13 months back n still my weight is same (70kg) m so much worried about for my weight because my tummy looks like m again pregnant. sometimes I start dieting but after sometimes I don't take seriously but I take green tea also twice in day but I don't do any kind of exercise n I can't join gym because m alone who takes care of m baby n I can not leave her in to a day care also so plz help me I want to loose my weight as soon as possible....
