Hello,

No need to get confused.

What this diet chart suggest is, avoid giving citrus fruits directly, but you can give it in diluted form.

"Give him unsweetened fruit juice. Dilute the juice and then give it to him. Also do not give juice during night time as it may result in tooth decay."

Babies also need proper amount of Vitamin C as well, which we just can not ignore, orange juice is good source of Vitamin C.

In some cases if babies have some health problem then doctors suggest to give fresh juices, which are low in sugar to babies.

So you can give orange juice to your baby, in diluted form.

The only juice infants can have is orange juice. The baby's digestive system is not that developed at this stage so other fruits including other citrus fruits should not be given to the baby!
