hello concerned parent, u havent mentioned what part of India u belong to, inspite of being a marathi, when we were in the north, i got my son eating completely indian and home made food by trying all sorts of stuffed parathas with all the veggies possible or even salad items as beet and cucumber or carrots in addition wid spring onions and green garlic leaves...the parathas will not only be healthy but also smell good accompanied with a layer of butter or cheese best being home made white butter and sauce for the kids :)
all the best LOL
