I am 32 and being pregnant for just 1month and few days.I have restriction in taking calcium rich food products mainly milk and milk products,red meat,sea fish,lettuce etc. due to severe problem in kidney stone from last 20years.what should i follow then?please help me with your advice.

Normally kidney stone will not cause any problem in your pregnancy.

As far as your diet is concern, Calcium is very important during pregnancy to develop healthy baby and for healthy future life of mother.

There are supplements available for calcium needs.

concern your doctor and ask for suitable supplements, you must clarify with your doctor about your present conditions and size of stone and all medical details to avail suitable medication.
