Dried herbs, cheese, almonds, milk and all dairy product, green vegetables.. are the best calcium rich food try including all these in regular diet of your daughter.. it really works.

calcium rich diet is banana, all dry fruits, milk, yoghurts,pulses,beans, whole grain.
