Medically at this age there may be problems for delivery of baby.So if family is complete it is better to abort but your mothers wish is important. If she strongly wants to continue
pregnancy ,she can.

Babies are a gift, a present. Life is beautiful. Her baby is alive, and is truly a miracle and a blessing. You have not met this new baby, but that baby is alive and sweet and feels and has a heart and a heartbeat. It is her gift, let this precious baby live!! Let the darling baby live! Such a blessing, such a gift of life and love. There is nothing to be embarrassed about!! Women in their 40's and 50's are desperately wishing they could get pregnant and have a baby more and more, and it is a miracle full of life, a gift of pure love from God, a real person to keep and love and nurture.
