My wife had under gone full treatment of MDR TB in 1996 to 1998 after that she undergo treatment of infertility, she got pregnant spontaneously after stopping treatment of inf. during pregnancy also test for TB was done it was negative. Now for last four five months she has a problem in periods ( just spotting and stays for one day) on doctor's advice montex test done which was positive, a blood test IgM is also positive. Does it indicates repeat of TB? if yes where and why? She does not have any weight loss, fever or any other symptom of TB. though she she gets frequent UTI in summer.
