I don't know the exact answer but I can tell you that my nephew has the same problem. My sister just had her patience and feed him with a very long period of time.

My baby is 9 month a days he is eating properly...he does nt like to sitin my lap n eat...he just want to stand n jump to hav his I can make him eat properly...
