If you will just cry it will not harm your baby and her growth.

Crying is one of the strong emotion human beings go through and it is not going to harm baby any how but, if you are going through stress it will create worse health issues during your pregnancy.

If you are taking too much stress it will create new hormone in your body that will lead to pump your heart faster then normal.

High stress can cause many health issues during pregnancy like:

High blood pressure
Gestational diabetes
Imbalance in diet, mood etc
Sometimes if pregnant lady is not able to manage stress it can even result in loss of baby.

So try to avoid stress that is dangerous for you and your baby also.

Try to be happy,

Eat healthy
Do regular light exercise
Stay happy
Avoid stress

if a permanency lady cried a lot in permanency.the stress will come on baby growth or mental development?
