Once you find you both are healthy and ready to conceive you can try to conceive at right time.

You must try to know when you are ovulating and when is the chances of getting pregnant is highest.

There are some common signs of ovulation:

Normally ovulation period is at middle of 2 periods so keep track of your periods.

Your basal body temperature will differ then routine.
Cervix will become smooth, the position of cervix may also change.
Cramping in one side of pelvis.
You may be spotting and will feel the tenderness in breast.
