don't worry, labor pain is natural process. even though it is severe pain but nature give enough strength to bear it. do yoga and pranayam daily.it will help a lot.

I am running in 37th week of pregnancy very nervous to think about labor pain cant sleep what should i do to get relax. feeling pain & heaviness in abdomen.
