You just need to follow disciplined life style.

Make proper schedule of exercise every day and do it with proper diet plan.

Proper bland of exercise and diet will only help you.

You can also try yoga and pranayama....its good for health equally...always do any kind of exercise under the guidance of an expert, as if it is rightly done will have many health benefits and can even react negative if wrongly done.

hi , i m the 3 rd time mom after 7 years ,now this time i feel my belly muscle is very loose i m 35 .now is it possible to flat my stomach .i dont have any hesitation on get fat like 75 kg but the center portion of stomach move n outside small bump outside is it possible to go back 1 year delivery . or it will go from excercise plz do tell me i still have a time to get back my belly or now time is passed ,is it only happen in the first 3 months of delivery but belly getting harder now please help me
