Attempting to reduce weight after C-section is not easy, Cesarean Sections are considered major surgeries and take weeks, if not months to recover from.

First thing you need to check is how much time is passed after your C-section, as too early after Cesarean Sections and too late both are meaningless and too early is even dangerous, so before starting exercise and weight loss program, first confirm from your doctor about your fitness.

If you are healthy enough then:

Take healthy and low calorie diet.
Take food high in Fibers, add fruits and green veges in your diet.

Avoid oily, fast and junk food.
Avoid food which is low in fibers and high in fat.

Remember diet without exercise and exercise without diet both are useless.

So plan your exercise routine.

Go for walk for half an hour.
Do yoga and pranayama, it will add to improve your overall health also. But, do yoga under the observation of expert as if wrongly done can harm badly.

Eat light food in dinner, you can go for heavy breakfast and normal lunch.

Hello, My self Mrs.praneti i am full time working women i work in diamond co. as an computer operator. i have two kids after my c-section mean both are c-section coz i never had any pain in my pregnancy after my delivery of my kids i put on weight and now i got a huge stomach (tummy) an bulge muscle at the side of tummy it looks very odd to me can you tell me what are the exercise i can do to reduce my tummy weight and to get to normal weight since my tummy is huge like i am pregnant again i request you to tell me what to do to reduce my body weight now my weight is above 62kgs i want to reduce it as much as possible kindly advise.
