It is possible to conceive baby with over weight but you may face many other health issues due to extra kgs.

It is better for you if you try to control your weight before you conceive.

You must find out the reason behind your extra kgs, it can be due to medical reason like thyroid and many other.

If it is due to medical reason then take proper treatment of it.

If it is not due to medical reason then improve your lifestyle.

Sleep and wake early.

Sleep for at-least 7 to8 hours.

Do regular exercise

Yoga is very effective in reducing weight and it also helps you improve your overall health.

Eat very healthy diet

Do not skip any meal

Eat food which is high in fibers and other minerals.

Avoid fast food, junk food, oily food.

Take heavy breakfast and light dinners.

Reduce the intake of sugar and salt.

Combination of proper exercise and diet will surely help you improve your health and will improve your fertility also.
