If your wife is pregnant, then she should eat all the healthy and hygienic food.

Avoid fast and junk food, too oily and spicy food can also create problem.

Add more fiber rich food in diet, green veges and fresh fruits are good for health.

But do not increase the intake of fruits or any food as body may not accept such sudden changes in diet and react negatively, so eat the way she is eating before pregnancy.

Do regular exercise
Drink at least 8 glasses of water
Sleep well
Avoid stress
Eat healthy
