There are many reasons that causes obesity like:

Unhealthy diet
Lack of exercise
Genetic issues

As you have mentioned, your child play tennis, so lack of exercise is not the reason.

As far as diet is concern you can make sure that you add some healthy food in regular meal like:

Green veges
Fresh fruits

These are all fiber rich food, and helps a lot during weight reduction.

You also can make sure that you avoid:

Oily food
Chips and other ready-made munches

They are full of calories with zero nutrition, so just adds to fat in the body.

My son is 9 Yrs old he plays tennis ... but due to a lil over weight he dosnt perform well .... plz. suggest a gud diet for a proper growth
