Hello,

All the antibiotics do not have side effects during pregnancy.

But there are some medicines which are harmful to developing baby in the womb.

In your case it depends on your actual health condition, what is the level of infection you are going through.

If you will treat it at early stage then it will not have its ill effects at growing pregnancy.

It depends on which medicine you are taking, at what stage of pregnancy, and why you are taking medicines.

Just talk to your doctor about your confusion, and follow his advise as he knows your physical condition thoroughly.

So visit your doctor and go for some tests if required.
