The problem you are facing is known as placenta previa, the symptoms of this problem are:

Premature contractions
Baby's position in womb

In such case even if you are healthy you need to go for Cesarian delivery, As under such problem placenta covers the cervix(area through which baby pass during birth process)

There can be two types of placenta previa:

Partial placenta previa
Full placenta previa

Things you should avoid:

Do not lift much weight

Try to take maximum rest, and follow your doctor's advise, as he only knows what exactly your physical condition is.

No need to worry much about it, but be careful and follow your doctor.
