you can try getting one of either MIL(mother-in-law) or mother to come for a few months and help in taking care of baby. you can employ a fulltime maid to help her too.
or you can ask your wife to take unpaid extended maternity leaves, after 6-7 months, you can keep your baby in some day boarding.
or one of you can try to get work from home facility from office.
