using branded baby diapers is safe for the baby and changing as and when convenient else it can cause diaper rash to baby.

I have used diapers on my my 9 month old from day 1,they are very convenient to use,but yes they do cause occasional redness..for which I use diaper rash cream once every 2 days and that keeps rashes away!! I just can't imagine how my life would have been without them!

Is is safe to use diaper regularly instead of cloth ?...Elderly people always suggest to use cloths but still we are using diaper and we are not seeing any rashes or irritation on the baby. Please suggest.
