you have not mention birth weight and prematurity,, but no other milk is as best as mother milk to wt gain... so exclusively
give breast feeding,,,, u can also give vitamin drops and calcium supplementation along with this...

in case of premature babies no risk should be taken for diet...
preborn baby should be on mother's milk only, as no other food is as healthy for baby to increase immunity and grow faster.
