usually child loss 10-15% of birth weight in first 2 weeks than start ww gaining..
first check that yr breast feed in whether enough for yr baby or not... if she remains hungry after feeding than u have to start top feed..
to increase yr breast feed--some ayurvedic preparation r available in the market,,, u should take enough milk and balanced diet in yr meal which also increase yr feeding...
and be relax,, don,t bother,, stress will negatively affect yr feeding so remain happy while feeding yr baby,

my baby is 7week old,her birt weight was 3.5kg.she had reduced to 3kg by 11th nov. on dec 11th she is still 3.5,my dotor advised for formula feed,kindly help me to increase my lactation
