Kids mostly like to eat junk food and they avoid the healthy diet due to which their body lacks nutrition. If the kids are not taking a proper diet it is the duty of the parents that they inculcate the same habit in them. Some of the parents take their kids outside often and this is the reason that they don’t like the food cooked at home but prefer eating outside. These tips are really helpful. I always take precaution for giving proper diet food for my kids. I have 2 kids they are below 2.Children should have healthy snacks like veggies and dip, fruit and cheese and frozen yogurt. But a couple of times a week they may be treated to a good quality chocolate bar or ice cream. I buy kids food products online from firstcry because it is easy to shop and also saves time.

hi, i m a mother of 2 below 4 children and i always feel that i am not feeding them the proper diet they require. Please tell me if i should give some calcium supplements to my 3 yr old kid as he is very lean and some multivitamins also.
