At 28weeks pregnancy u need to take iron and calcium tablets regularly. Iron tab. contains folic acid so no need to take folic acid need to take multivitamin tab.

right now mine is 28th week of pregnancy.......i heard that multi vitamin tab and folic acid tablets shouldn't be used together at this stage......can u plzz suggest which tab to continue???
