Although pregnancy is the wonderful period in life for any women, during and after pregnancy period women has to suffer many ways both physically and mentally. Its too long time after your C section.

But if you follow disciplined lifestyle you can reduce your tummy.

You must eat healthy diet.
Do not skip any meal.
Do regular exercise.
Pranayam and Yoga are best.

Always remember if you will follow diet without exercise or you will exercise without balanced diet, it will not help you and the actual condition will become even worse.

Set your routine with combination of healthy diet which is high in fibers like green leafy vegetables, fruits etc.

Have at-least 1 hour of exercise on regular basis.

If you opt for pranayama or yoga do it under the observation of an expert as, if it is wrongly done then it will harm your health.

I had Cesarean on 2011 two and half years passed now can I reduce my tummy . Please give me suggestion to reduce my tummy.
