During pregnancy you should not change your diet plan completely as, body will not be able to handle sudden changes in diet.

You must start taking healthy diet once you start planning about baby.

In normal diet you can add more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.

They are full of nutritional values.

Almonds are good for health you can ask for taking 1 or 2 nuts a day but almond oil will not help change the skin tone of baby.

My wife is 5 month pregnent what food habitat should she maintain to get healthy baby, and could she conceive almond oil for better colour of the baby....
