Constipation during pregnancy is common.

Iron supplements during pregnancy will make constipation worse.

Constipation will be cured in late pregnancy due to the pressure of increasing uterus on your rectum.

You should not take any medicine during pregnancy without concerning doctor as no medicine is free from side effects.

If you want home remedy for constipation you can improve your diet.

Add more fibers in your diet plan.

You can eat:

Fruits with high fibers like:

Berries
Oranges
Avocado
Pear
Watermelon

Vegetables like:

Leafy Greens
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Broccoli
Celery
Spinach

Beans like:

Kidney
Black Beans
Lima Beans
Mushrooms

Grains like:
