Hello,

Normally by this age girl child should have 11 to 14% hemoglobin.

Hemoglobin is very essential protein for the human body as, it carries the oxygen to different body parts.

Hemoglobin is also important as it helps maintaining healthy skin, hair and body.

Symptoms of low hemoglobin are:

Upset stomach
Nausea and vomiting,
Diarrhea
Fever
Constipation
Pale skin and pale gums
Tiredness/Headache/Dizziness
Shortness of breath

If your daughter is not taking balanced diet then you must start giving her balance diet.

You need not required to force your child to eat healthy, you need to encourage her for balanced diet.

You must add some food that helps to improve hemoglobin it includes:

Milk Products
Fruits
Vegetables
Dried fruits
Chocolates with real cocoa powder
Dates
Egg

Avoid giving much iron supplements it has side effects.

IF your baby likes rice then do some yummy and very healthy modifications to health.

Like:

You can cook all the rice in pure butter.
Add some toppings of vegetables and fruits in it.
You can also add cooked vegetables and fruits.
Chocolates your kid will love to have any time.
Dried fruits you can add with milk and even in rice.
If your baby do not like to chew much you can crush and add while cooking.

Apart from all these you must try to attract your daughter to eat all the home made food regularly.

Do not force her to eat anything.
Arrange dinner table for with all family members and and let her observe how rest of the family is having complete meal.
Try to attract her for the food rest of the family is having.

She will start eating regularly step by step.

my daughter is 3.5 year old. she is eating only rice & take a milk appro.1 le. in one day. Now she is problem with Deficiency of hemoglobin(only 7). What can I do for her?
