You need to take healthy diet and you can not do all the exercises during pregnancy.

Eat Fresh Fruits
Take liquid diet like different healthy soups.
Go for light exercise like walking.
Go for regular medical check ups

You can reduce extra baby weight after pregnancy but wrong step taken now can be proven dangerous for you and your baby too.
